Wess recently created a list of PMC bloggers. Man, we are one bloggin’ church. Though given our demographics, I guess that’s not surprising.
The new blog Recollections has an interesting discussion on universalism.
Another new blog called Flat Land takes off from a comment of mine to ponder the relationship between Christianity and novels, here, here and here.
Hugo tells of a troubling tale about the firing of a bipolar colleague.
Eve informs us that June is Torture Awareness Month. I am not normally a fan of designating a day/week/month for awareness of something or other, since most of them seem to be created so that PR people can dog us reporters with artificial news hooks, but this topic seems to need all the attention it can get.
Cool that you have so many bloggers at PMC; I’ll have to check some of the others out. I think I’m the only blogger at my Quaker meeting.

You’re welcome to join us if you want to help get torture more attention.

Thank you for the link. Perhaps more than any other blog, yours has convinced me of the value of writing about the struggle with faith. Or — perhaps — your writing about your struggle with faith has been very valuable to *me*. It remains to be seen if my writing will be as useful to me.
I am slowly working on yet another post on novelistic characters and the lure of the saintly biography.
