End of Year Meme
Lauren is passing on the following meme:
1) Harken back to your archives.
2) Collect the first sentence you wrote every month for the whole year.
3) Entertain us.
I was going to do this, but after looking at the sentences I actually got, I decided just to give you January and March 2006.
January 2006: January 1 is St. Basil’s Day, and the custom in our family was for Dad to bake a cake, in which a coin was buried.
March 2006: As Lent begins, which is, after all, traditionally the season when you get to repent of your own faults, I suppose that maybe I shouldn’t have ranted yesterday about some distant canon.
